Omicron has revealed the need for flexibility forever. If nothing else, you have to have a working hybrid plan for risk mitigation. Even for heavy in-office cultures, a "work from home" day will be like a fire drill that has to be run once in a quarter to ensure we are ready for business continuity issues.
