I assume that most companies are strong in USB Blocking/Monitoring, whereby the cloud/web uploads are way broader and way more unintentional used/abused than USB. Insert a SSE/Proxy who can help you in inline coaching/Forensic copy of all data, similar to what you can do with Endpoint USB DLP.
