Each channel has its unique qualities. The first step is knowing your customer's typical journey are and what they value in your product/service. You'll need to know your segments and validate them with qual & quant data. Next map those attributes to the channels and means of connecting with audiences with similar qualities to yours. Then you can pick where to make initial investments to test the quality of those channels ability to deliver high value traffic.

Short video content is king. It offers storytelling in a one minute, or less, video. I highly recommend marketers transition from graphic to video in the next 6 months. Although Sora is not yet available, keep an eye out for it and familiarize yourself with it right away.
