IT has a high impact on the daily work of individuals which can bring satisfaction for employees that they are working for an organization that values their time and gives them the tools to be efficient. HR also has a high impact on satisfaction because regardless of the tools a person has for their job, if they aren't receiving the benefits and compensation to take care of their needs outside of the workplace, then their satisfaction will go down. Both teams must do their part to ensure high levels of satisfaction and employee retention.
