We have 5 day in the office requirement and that is a No-Go for many candidates. Senior level executives seem more willing to go to the office but perhaps that is an age related aspect. I’m in the “older” category and if 5 days / No remote work was a policy at a new company I was interviewing at I’d politely end the interview unless it was an amazing opportunity with amazing benefits with an amazing office…..
