If they have a long term relationship with us they know we will be asking for year over year reductions so would be nice to have them kick it off. They know the ask is coming.... it’s every year

Most of the application team I lead is in Brazil and the global IT leadership (US-based) now wants to move some of that work to a new global delivery center in India to be more cost effective, but I have doubts.
