I actually prefer Arc on my Mac. It allows me to have separate browser instances for each customer that I work with. Much easier to use than Edge's profiles.

Edge has some amazing add-ons, especially Drop and A.I Copilot, overall,  Vivaldi takes the spot for customization & performance out of the box.

My main browser is Brave but I also have Mozilla, Chrome and Opera installed and use them from time to time or when accessing specific website or in rare situations when something does not open properly with Brave

Apart from Mozilla Firefox all the other browsers are basically heavily customized versions of Chrome. 
Vivaldi has one of the best custom layouts.
Brave handles multiple tabs and RAM usage quit amicably that Chrome.

What are the most important best practices to follow when evaluating and implementing an ITSM solution, especially one with AI capabilities? What sorts of challenges should organizations prepare for?

Can anyone share their experience with BMC Helix ITSM? How does it compare to other ITSM solutions in terms of functionality, cost or scalability?

Currently in our Enterprise Architecture tool and repository, we have a Business Capability Model (BCM) and a Technology Capability Model (TCM). Enabling Applications (e.g., SAP, Salesforce etc.) are mapped to the BCM, and enabling technologies (e.g., API gateway) are mapped to the TCM. However, some capabilities like Data Management are common to both models and we are trying to figure out best way to represent that.

How have you organized your capability model? Is it a single model containing business and technical capabilities or two separate models? If later, how are you organizing common capabilities like Data Management?
