While there is a lot to go through… I think about the pipeline that lets the team continuously improve production performance.

Some basics… start with hardened images; how do you tackle vulnerability scanning for container images; what are your security sensors & telemetry; team thoughts on registry monitors; asset management and reporting for deployed containers; finally think about the org structure to support the reliability & performance — and how you’re going to improve each of these things by at least small percentages all the time.
