Has anyone created an "Internal Developer Platform" IDP for Self Service of Platform as a Service in order to provide a curated experience to DevOps / Development Teams? Would appreciate your guidance.

We are developing an IDP for hosting Micro Services. It is called Chenile (see http://chenile.org)
The objective is to create an easy way to generate services with the latest version of Spring Boot. The framework allows developers to focus on functionality and let the platform take care of implementing horizontal requirements. The platform can be maintained by architects. It allows architects to implement horizontal concerns such as logging, auditing, caching, circuit breaker etc. whilst the developer focuses on functionality. It also integrates with Cucumber to allow developers to write intuitive test cases. Please get in touch if you want more information.
