We use Microsoft tools through the 365 platform, including SharePoint and Office apps.  They provide a great space for content creation, storage and collaboration.

We have been ServiceNow on an enterprise level for a few years now, it really covers all our needs along with required customization.

Microsoft 365 has been a good platform.  I have heard positive commentary about IBM's offering; not as much about Oracle...
Director of IT in Healthcare and Biotech, 10,001+ employees
I would recommend Microsoft's platform and using their tools. With E5 licensing, a lot of these features become available and can be deployed quickly.

Hi
I would recommend Microsoft SharePoint, it has all the functionality to be a great ECM and it's evolving very fast you also have a lot of integration with all the tools for Microsoft Office 365. You also can sort all the data from Power BI and I is easy to integrate to you any infrastructure.
Vice President Information Technology in Finance (non-banking), 201 - 500 employees
I would recommend MS 365 for ease of deployment and integration.
Sr. Managing Director in Finance (non-banking), 5,001 - 10,000 employees
- ECM solution choice will depend on various factors/requirements like scalability, availability, # of users, cost etc.. As always one size doesn’t fit all.. unless the size is stretchable 😀
-In any case, IBM has good offerings..,
MS offers easy to implement solutions. OnBase is in the market for sometime.
- Organizations need to define what is really included in Content ( documents, reports, images etc.,)
- Also, need to have a good execution plan

VP in Construction, 51 - 200 employees
We are basically Microsoft...So I will recommend Microsoft 365 with SharePoint of course. SharePoint will enable seamless integration of other Microsoft applications. SharePoint is Microsoft's main ECM core application, especially when it comes to cloud based services
CIO in Energy and Utilities, 1,001 - 5,000 employees
I would recommend Microsoft 365 as it comes with tools for communication, storage, and collaboration.

Without a doubt - Technical Debt! It's a ball and chain that creates an ever increasing drag on any organization, stifles innovation, and prevents transformation.
