I am trying to move my team to a more product-orientated team but one of my areas of ownership is EUC End-User Computing). Many of the products in EUC, such as SCCM, policies, Ivanti, and Intune, are related to the desktop experience, which is a user-facing product. However, I'm finding it difficult to understand how to align these non-user-facing products with the overall user experience. What have you experiences been or do you have any advice on this?

I'm from an organization of approximately 1000 employees. We are possibly going to make the move from M365 E3 (CSP) to M365 E5 (EA) and moving management of licenses from a managed service to an internal team. What do I need to consider? How much time would typically be spent performing the management? What are the gotchas? 

If you are with a large, global firm ($20B+ revenue) that moved to a third party like US Cloud to replace Microsoft Enterprise Support, what was your experience?

I am revisiting our messaging retention thresholds more specifically for email (Google) and instant messaging (Slack). Was curious as to what is generally being used as the threshold for these 2 communications tools (i.e.; 30 days, 6 months, etc.)?

Can someone share if they have implemented an enterprise data marketplace for internal use.  What the value/benefits that have been achieved?  I am trying to sell this concept internally to get investment funding to build an internal data marketplace with ability to search data assets:  data products, dashboards, access to data catalog, etc. Basically self service capabilities to democratize our data and drive faster decision making.
