O365/Gsuite. Both of those are pretty much key to unlocking majority of business operations/functionality. Though identity management solution will be close near by as a top 5 as well.

I'm changing my tune on this. I recently subscribed to aha! and it's fast becoming critical to me. I can live without email and word, but the ability to model at an enterprise architecture level is key.

I lead a department that builds APIs that power the client experience. I am looking to rebrand and establish a new department name that more accurately reflects what we do.  Our current name is API and Microservices however, we are not the only department that builds APIs. I am looking for suggestions for a new department name.
