Has anyone successfully implemented ChatGPT or Microsoft CoPilot for everyday IT tasks such as resolving service desk tickets or answering internal policy-related queries?

Yes we have leveraged CoPilot for answering policy and knowledge base questions for end users. Plan is to explore much more self service options as we continue to expand our DEX practices.

Yes we use CoPilot for the first tier of our help desk. Many groups also have an agent based on CoPilot to provide answers
