Does anyone use Managed Apple ID's with JAMF MDM in a non-educational environment? If so, our main issue is that we have iPhones with calling plans and when we refresh or move them to another carrier we have no good way of transferring contacts due to having nothing in the Cloud per our ISO.

To transfer contacts when refreshing or moving iPhones to another carrier, you can use a third-party tool such as MobileIron or AirWatch. These tools allow you to back up and restore contacts to and from Managed Apple IDs.

Another option is to use iCloud to back up and restore contacts. However, this may not be an option for your organization if you have strict ISO compliance requirements.

Can a Scrum Master also take on tasks such as writing test scripts or developing reports, especially now that GenAI tools make it easier for anyone to contribute? We have a servicing organization within IT segmented by applications and has 3 different director teams supporting overall pieces which is creating confusion, misalignment and becoming harder to support one business area.  Components considered within this org are: PEGA products (NCompass, G&A), Genesys Cloud,  Google, Member Portal and Member Mobile.   How should i look at proposing a new target state Org considering all these aspects/products? We're currently facing a challenge: while we can create process diagrams using tools like Miro or Visio, we're missing a structured way to manage versions. Ideally, we’d like to have a system where we can create a draft version of a process, review and iterate on it, and then publish a final "production" version that is locked and cannot be edited.
