Has anyone utilized a third party firm that you would recommend for planning and running business continuity scenario tabletop workshops?

Gartner (Paul Furtado more specifically) actually helped us do a tabletop exercise revolving around a ransomware event.  We invited our VPs to the event and it was pretty eye opening for them that it was not just an IT related event.

CISA and a few other agencies also offer these types of services for free.  You may need to talk with your local rep to see if you qualify, or if they can help you with the specific content you are looking for.

No, but if I were to venture into this area, I would have a look at https://iluminr.io/ who creates and runs micro simulations. They are very innovative and a good way of keeping BCM top of mind.
