I use Copy.ai for the foundation of content creation. They have plagiarism-free content and give references. I say "foundation" because AII content is generic and goes around in circles. I've coached my team to review, rewrite and remove fluffy AI content and make it specific and useful for the reader.

I like using tools like Jasper which make it clear the content is yours only and are made specifically for corporate use cases. Beyond the tool, you have to create a culture of people taking ownership for whatever they put out into the world. So it's not enough to "get the job done" with something AI generated, you have to stand by it. AI should be a helping hand but not the sole content producer. Recently Google has also cracked down on pages that are solely AI-generated so it's not just for integrity but also business ROI.
