We have Pulse Survey's to regularly check on employees, their happiness score, wellbeing etc. Yearly Survey conducted through GPTW (Great Place to Work) which is also a certification.

For those that offer a PIP/Package option, do you still provide severance (full or a reduced percentage) to those who are unsuccessful at the conclusion of the PIP?  Or do you only offer severance at the PIP/Package stage?
