We call it a 'Progression Framework' in an effort to reflect our focus on individualized paths to progress and growth.

Hi,
in my former company we named the yearly cycle "Growths Framework" to acknowledge that the baseline was growths mindset and looking into constant development and growths. However, in the Growths Framework we kept the subset of development and performance dialogues and respective tools and processes.
