The adoption of new technology that has extensive coverage is met with resistance to change. The reasons are both related to job displacement and inertia to learn new technology. One can overcome such resistance by suitable reward and recognition for those who come forward to adapt to change for improving business process and efficiency.

Whenever anyone try to introduce any new technology or process in the organization, there is always resistance to learn or adapt. In order to overcome that we need to sale the idea rather than imposing it onto the people. When you show the advantages of new idea/technology/pocessess, and how it will ease their job, they will ultimately buy it and reduce resistance accordingly.

Whenever our organization plans to implement new technology there has been job displacement and resistance to learning. We encourage promotion and growth to employees who take initiative to learn new technologies and make use of it.
