For now we are using the CMMI model.

I do know that this model is a bit dated, but we are in close connection with DAMA NL and they are working on their own data maturity model which is based on the DAMA DMBOK.

Within the Dutch Tax Department the DAMA DMBOK framework is what we try to implement.

Hi, we have our own that was originally devised by Deloitte but we have aligned to the Government one here Data Maturity Assessment for Government - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
