Along with all technical skills which you can add based on the tooling, I recommend to add ‘curiousty’ and ‘eagerness to learn’ as two must have skills in the candidates.

What problems are you solving-reporting, predictive analytics, or advanced AI?
Then, check your current team’s skills and fill the gaps.
