Beyond acting as a good employers . We ask employees to review in their 1st year post probation and on certain major anniversaries ( there is a method is behind this which proportionality results in more good ratings it seems ! )
Allways respond to negative ratings and if it refers to anyone individually (even it thats not by named then you can get it struck out
