I try to keep my meetings to the minimum, but when I'm in this crazy rush meeting after meeting, I try to use these moments to recompose myself, relaxing a bit when possible, having a glass of water and preparing my mind for the next one. But sometimes I use this moment to check my messages and have something urgent to do, which is the worst case scenario.
