Take a mental health break and step away from the computer. Spend time with family, get something to drink, read, get coffee/tea, water, walk the dog. have  a snack or some food. Anything but work, the key is to ensure you disconnect. I encourage all of directs and teams to do the same as part of their mental wellness and to maintain a healthy work/personal life balance.
