What is everyone using for cloud cost management? Looking for one that’s good for Azure, can scale and integrates with Service Now.  Has anyone used the Service Now cost management module?

We use the Microsoft Azure portal for monitoring costs, and export it if further analysis is warranted. I have also found that talking about the costs, and monitoring with alerts large changes to usage help raise awareness of the cost, what drives cost and accountability.  

We have found that the most effective tool is one of the most traditional tools we have - give App leaders goals around cloud cost management.  We need to provide them tools, but the tools are less important than driving accountability.
