We run multi cloud but it's only for the very basic workloads that aren't tied to any specific cloud provider stack and same with containers as well. Anything more advanced than that is a challenge if you take advantage of CSP specific functionality.

There are many use cases of customers who have successfully been running active/active workloads across cloud providers using VMware Tanzu Application Service as an abstraction layer.
