After the annual budget is set, our company creates quarterly forecasts for the upcoming quarters of the fiscal year and these forecasts are revised every quarter.
Yes, we integrate our finance functions with our IBP processes. It aligns and synchronizes our business functions to create a holistic and coordinated approach to planning, decision-making, and execution.

Cadence can evolve very subjectively based on the needs of a particular company. Annual strategic planning becomes integral, followed with monthly and quarterly reviews.
