Have you been able to negotiate lower cloud costs with your CSPs? What was most helpful to bring to the negotiating table?

I believe that the most common and effective way is to assume a commitment for the next 3, 5 or 10 years. Beside that, maybe something more strategic, like a partnership in a specific product in the cloud or something like that.
