Salesforce Loyalty Management is still very new to us, even though we have looked into the benefits of this program. We have mostly used SessionM platform to design and build loyalty programs for our customers. I think they share similar features, and we definitely feel attracted to their innovative tools to unified customers experience. There's a group inside our department that's in charge of enabling ways to use Salesforce Loyalty Management, and maybe fully migrate there in the future.
Salesforce loyality management is very good. It is connected with all your data in analytics studio and with personalized journeys that can be integrated with KI.
Salesforce Loyalty Management is a strong contender if you’re looking for an integrated, customisable loyalty program, especially if you are already using Salesforce products.
SessionM, on the other hand, stands out (and we use it) mainly for its real-time data processing and engagement capabilities driven by mastercards years of expertise in retention and loyalty. It’s also super scalable and has is great at segmentation and analysis about behaviours and associated traits of cohorts through their customer lifecycle.
I do not have first hand experience working with it but I do know of it and have looked into what it can do for our campus. I know it integrates well and the real-time data processing aspect is highly touted.
