OSDU  is data platform specifically targeted for existing and new energy related applications in Oil and gas as well as new renewable energy sources. Having a single data platform helps to create a eco-system of end applications and supply chains of data and applications. This helps energy industry to bring innovations faster, leverage and reuse the data such as exploration, reservoir etc.. OSDU attempts to bring operators, industry players, application developers and data producers together to have efficiently achieve the dual goal of reducing emissions and meeting new energy needs. By having open source and open data platforms, the overall governance , transparency and real time response to new data events.
