We internally maintain a comprehensive Skills Database: there are 2 sources to update skills:
a. Skills Portal: Employees can proactively update their skills and proficiency levels through our user-friendly Skills Portal.
b. Learning Management System (LMS): All conducted trainings are recorded in the LMS, tagging skills and proficiency upon completion.
We are currently developing an in-house Skills Portal for a more dynamic experience. This portal will identify skills from diverse sources like Recruitment ATS, Projects, On-the-job training, etc. New skills added will undergo manager validation for accuracy. The in-house portal will enable auto-matching skills with open positions, streamlining talent acquisition and internal job postings.. There would also be a provision to generate various Skills Taxonomy based report from this Portal. However, there are various platforms available in the market to assess and manage Skills Database.
