We hire people after a stringent coding assignment. For Experienced professionals we look for people who are serving Notice (India has upto 90 days of Notice Period) and invite them for a day of In Person discussion where we first have a coding round and then a white boarding round to understand the technical details of the candidates.
Final round is Puzzles to see how he performs in unfavorable situation, basis collective feedback we decide on the candidature
