What is a "healthy" user adoption rate for self-service analytics in a larger corporation? Some while ago, we rolled out PowerBI, Alteryx and other similar application to the wider organization. We are a manufacturing company where 50% of the workforce are blue collars and expect a higher adoption on white collar employees. Does anyone have experiences with what would be considered a sound or healthy user adoption rate (as percentage of total workforce)? What would be a good and still realistic target to go after?

As for a suggested target, aiming for an initial adoption rate of 20-30% of the total workforce within a specific time frame (e.g., 6-12 months) can be a reasonable goal. This allows for a substantial number of users to embrace self-service analytics and creates a foundation for further expansion and adoption.
