I am exploring some options for a consumption/usage-based billing software. Does anyone have experience with the Billing Platform vendor and would you be willing to share any feedback as to tool capabilities, support, or any other considerations?

We use ZOHO subscriptions for consumption/usage-based billing and its has accurate and data analytics capabilities. Its has historic reports section which is very helpful.
I have seen product demo of these software in Industry Conferences and giving my inputs based on those observations.
Chargebee: It is a subscription fee management and recurring billing platform that supports usage-based billing. It allows companies to automate billing processes, including metered billing for usage-based pricing. The flexibility to define the rates and billing cycle is there.
Chargify: It is a subscription billing platform that supports usage-based billing. It allows businesses to create flexible pricing models based on usage metrics and automate the billing process.
My view is that both these Applications have similar features. The reporting Dashboards are also good and screen navigations are quite user friendly. You can take demo and decide based on your business requirements.
