Does your organization provide feedback to candidates throughout the interview process and why they did not receive the job? If you do, what is the reason, and what is the mechanism used to deliver quality feedback?

Failed to mention that, depending on familiarity with the candidate, a call or an email is provided. Sometimes, for key niche positions, it's a small circle of potential hirees.

Good morning and thank you for your question. I am the Labor Relations Manager and am not part of employee interview processing. Unfortunately, I do not interact with applicants as part of my responsibilities in Labor Relations.

Yes, we do when the candidate is a strong candidate that, potentially, we could hire for other future positions, especially someone who missed it by a margin to another candidate. Reason is disclosed for applicant's understanding and appreciation and advised the ff: (1) that we would consider them for other future similar posts, (2) encouraged to apply again and check for other posts via our LinkedIn platform. Main reason is because our company is a company that values human relationships and share an ethos where, regardless of how anyone comes to a touchpoint with us, they should feel like they have gained or learned something from engaging with us.
