Any suggestions on what to include in an MBA/EMBA policy or guidance document?

MBA or EMBA if facilitated or sponsored by the employer calls for a minimum retention of 3 years at the organization. Any movement before that calls for the employee to fully pay back the reimbursement made by the company towards the degree/course. An employee who has completed atleast 3 years to be eligibile for this benefit. Grade change and promotion post degree.
