Curious to see what other organizations are providing in terms of a cell allowance for employees. Do you have different amounts by level or one standard amount?

Given 2degrees is a telco, every employee is eligible for a $60 monthly subsidy on their mobile plan.
Every employee receives the same subsidy.

For our US based employees, employees may expense cell phone plan bills up to $125/month (mobile phone and internet access)

We do not provide a cell phone allowance.

We use a 3rd party and provide a standard allowance across eligible employees.  We are advised and review when and if we need to make changes to this amount, and recently revised in 2022.  This amount covers the phone, plan and insurance.

I left out that this stipend was revised as stated to roughly $90 per month.
