Do you have a brief or a framework that works to guide your company/team? I am struggling with creating briefs that not only give information, but also lead to a clear direction to give to our agencies. My team is extremely good about gathering data, but they just seem to list it without synthesizing the data into actionable insights. I want to coach them on less is more, but having a difficult time communicating that without the team feeling frustrated.
As one of my clients put it, if you go back and assume nobody understands or knows anything, a lot more is accomplished. Start there where if they explain what needs to be done and the data behind it, more can be addressed by your agency
