How are you addressing observability with AI. For example, using Dynatrace for network observability and AgentCore for AWS AI agents? Or everything through one pane of glass, and if so, which pane?

Observability / predictive on low-signal is still in its early days thou with a difficult ROI / pricing match on the current actors.
We're deploying in production to several SP500 on the remediation part thou, where L1~L2 ROI is instant. This became our focus for the next 12~18mo.

we have a few PoCs in this space and trying to stress test agentcore as much as possible - if we get that right then we can look at other platform agents. A lot of AI observability platforms hasnt been as good as we hoped / marketing
