We are doing things previously not possible with the use of AI, but it hasn't impacted our team size. The roles have changed dramatically, though. Business analysts have become prompt engineers. It's taken about a year for our business analysts to become very adept prompt engineers. Developers now call LLMs through APIs but also have to understand the prompt engineering.

With AI into forefront for most of the automation work, we have moved our team from UI and backend pods now to UI, Backend and AI pods. AI team consists of AI /ML engineers, Computer vision Scientists and collaborate with backend team and Ops team to automate processes.
Its a 30% for UI and a split of 40% for backend and 30% for AI team.
