How does your company support travel arrangements for employees? Do you contract with a Travel Agency or employ an in-house team with travel software? Which software would you recommend for domestic and international travel.

We use SAP Concur as well as a travel agency. In terms of other software aside from Concur, I'm familiar with travel through CenterCard, and CenterCard is really nice if your company issues company credit cards to a lot of employees.
I have worked in companies where we made our own arrangements, and I guess that is…O K. However, in the past 8 years I have worked for 2 different companies that have used Concur. While it isn’t the most intuitive or user friendly, it does offer a lot of flexibility and functionality that helps the traveler as well as the company, as you can track spending. I work for a government contractor (as I did before) and it appears to be the govcon standard.
We use SAP Concur to book our travel and if there are issues Concur uses some travel agency. The travel integrates easily with our expense reports in Concur. We don't do international travel. Concur works well to house all of our rules and limits with travel.
a travel agency is in place here, this covers both travel and accommodation whenever possible as still there will be options to be managed outside like mileage / car
I oversee all the reservations on specific events that’s been identified as needing a room block. No software just Excel and other tools I have used to create documents I can utilize in assisting resolution. My coverage area is the 53 states in United states. We use CONCUR on individual travel.
