Should we be asking vendors what they are doing to address below the operating system vulnerabilities?

We are currently looking for a company based in Germany that specializes in performing a comprehensive database audit. The audit should primarily focus on redundancy, stability, and the overall infrastructure architecture of our mixed database landscape. The technologies involved include Microsoft SQL, Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL, and IBM DB2. If you have any recommendations or suggestions for companies that can effectively perform this audit for all the listed technologies, we would greatly appreciate your input.

We need help automating and streamlining our tax withholding process for payments made to foreign suppliers who provide services to our US-based entities. Our Accounts Payable team is responsible for assessing the appropriate withholding tax in these situations. Our goal is to reduce manual work and errors. We're looking for partners who can provide automation solutions or manage this process for us. Any recommendations or expertise in this area would be appreciated.

We recently rolled out a Starlink network connection as a second link (in addition to existing fiber link) through a local partner (in France). It works well but we had the bad surprise to discover a change in Starlink offer. Since may 1st, once the amount of data ordered (1 Tb) is reached, the bandwidth is dramaticly reduced (previously it was meant to be unprioritized). Does anyone has any significant experience in Starlink network and the contractaul evolution over time?
