Hi, it is very high on our agenda and we are planning to start using Workday for pre-onboarding and actual onboarding. The former as once you have resigned you are not part of your current company anymore and you are not yet belonging to your new employer yet, that period needs to be bridged and we were informed that Workday can support this with pre-onboarding. It would mean that we can have people read through certain policies already, start building the basics in their talent card etc etc and already get that sense of belonging.
We utilize TenStreet as both our ATS and Onboarding tool to automate new hire process, documents and forms. This enables efficiencies for us and helps us spend more quality engagement time with new hires and improve onboarding.
