How often is your organization conducting employee experience surveys? What platform/tools do you use?

Twice a year.

We use Qualtrics, partnered with Workforce Science Associates (WSA).

We conduct an annual employee engagement survey and also partner with Great Place to Work to conduct their survey (based on their trust model) annually. We use Glint as our engagement platform.

We use Quantum for our annual employee engagement survey. 

We send out short surveys to selected staff every two weeks. This helps us keep tabs on employee sentiment around different topics on a regular basis.
