We are moving pretty quickly into using AI in our social media campaigns. It's very easy to create designs using this process. It is also becoming a process we use to start content for new pages on the website.
We are using AI tools for initial drafts or prototypes, our teams can quickly gather feedback and make iterative changes. I’ve found that this rapid prototyping use case enhances both creativity and productivity.
For tasks that are repetitive and time-consuming, such as data analysis, basic graphic design, or initial drafting, GenAI tools are used to save time and allow creative professionals to focus on more complex, creative aspects of their work.
We use GenAI extensively for brainstorming. It gives a great foundation to build on top of. We also use it for client replies, emails, sorting and assigning emails, social media content production etc.

GenAI works by input. Creativity is still fundamental because needed to find the right prompts
