Still early to fully "integrate" it into our team's strategy. Experimentation - definitely. The low-hanging fruit is experimenting with content (or snippets of content) generation. Our team values the richness of individuality - in ideas, in tone of writing etc. Before fully integrating GenAI I'd be cautious not to lose out on that richness.

We are experimenting with GenAI tools to turn source product messaging assets into different launch-ready marketing form factors (PRs, blogs, social and email copy, etc.) We're a startup and this work often falls on PMM, and we have a real to automate and scale this work.

While we haven't yet declared success or landed on a specific tool, I do see the potential for purpose-built GenAI copywriting tools like Jasper AI to take source material, apply your brand voice, and output a campaign's worth of assets in a fraction of the time it would take a PMM to do it.

We've integrated a level of AI/ML into our corporate and product messaging. As Gartner research suggests, marketing and development are two areas of early adoption and use cases. Our messaging is not over the top marketing spin and weaving AI into everything. We've taken a very practical approach, using supply chain management and customer use cases to drive our development focus and market positioning. Real problems and use cases from SCM customers, make for real marketing and focused solutions.

We’ve integrated GenAI into our product marketing strategy to extract insights from customer reviews and competitor feedback, helping identify key themes and understand our actual strengths and weaknesses. We also leverage generative AI to streamline communication processes, transforming verbose drafts into concise press releases or elevator pitches, enhancing efficiency. This tool has proven valuable in quickly generating and refining messaging. Using GenAI for a product perception sanity check ensures alignment with our intended brand image and helps address any unintended messaging discrepancies.
