Yes - common branding and structure used, scaled with cohorts in different geographies using the common "franchise" structure. Headcount and program management are in each respective function, supported with recruiting and curriculum by central Early Careers COE in HR.

Early career development programs are designed to give recent graduates entry-level hands-on experience in their fields to help create a solid foundation on which to build a long-term sustainable career. These programs are plans designed to match employees’ abilities, needs and career goals to current and future opportunities. We have developed a career framework through our organisation that helps individuals navigate through their pathway. I have also put together development framework for another organisation for Graduate to comes in and have a clear idea on their career pathway to a partner.
