How are PMO Leaders tackling the shift to PRODUCTS and how will the PMO drive that?

Wow!   Is everyone silent on this point?  Really surprising.  I thought the popular wisdom was that PMOs have a choice:  They can stick with projects and ignore products, or they can embrace products too--elevating themselves into more of a Value Management Office function, making sure what's being done is valuable in the round, and that the value is actually flowing.

We are SLOWLY moving to product and I've taken the stance that the PMO should support both product and project.  As a bank, we'll never move solely to a product structure so I think it's imperative we embrace and support both.  So, I whole heartedly agree with this comment.
