How can we effectively measure the maturity level of a Project Management Office (PMO)? Are there any survey questionnaires available where we can input our answers and receive an outcome with recommendations? If not, could you please provide some references that we can look into?

there are several tools. I suggest you review some Infotech documentation. they have a lot of assessment tools for the business, IT and process maturity in general. I am not their customer, but have read a lot of their public information.

Can a Scrum Master also take on tasks such as writing test scripts or developing reports, especially now that GenAI tools make it easier for anyone to contribute? Traditionally, how was it viewed when Scrum Masters contributed in this way, and with GenAI potentially reducing team sizes, how might agile experts view this kind of involvement from Scrum Masters now?

I’m looking for references for Project Stage/Phase Gate and cost estimate accuracy at each stage/phase, e.g.: 50% at Ideation, 25% at Business Case, 10% at Initiation and Planning. We have something in place, but I wanted to see if the market and Gartner can give us updated references/benchmark. I tried some researches but nothing concrete.
