Our L&D data and content is safeguarded through measures implemented by our cybersecurity team, such as encryption and access control via Okta. Internal and external participant access is managed within our LMS, ensuring content security. While we haven't extensively explored generative AI yet, we prioritize proactive collaboration with our cybersecurity team to ensure robust protection of our learning assets against potential threats.

I don't think it is only relevant for L&D, your entire HRIS has to be water tight so making sure that the overall security is set up properly so that you have MFA in place in case people log in from another device

Our LMS can only be accessed via our VPN and requires single sign-on access.  We have also enhanced our cybersecuity training by using micro learning sessions on a more consistent basis, pushing the importance of cybersecurity best practices.
