I try to read blogs, follow industry trends by reading Tech Crunch and other digital media. It is encouraged to form local mentor groups to share knowledge and contribute to the community. This way we learn a lot from peers.

Attending data summits is an excellent way to stay up-to-date with industry trends. Additionally, you can explore various online forums, follow industry leaders, and read relevant publications and journals to further enhance your knowledge.

My company runs across different markets and different continents. We are currently merging our data science functions across those markets, but, as expected there is pushback. To start the ball rolling with collaboration amongst the teams, i have suggested that we build a federated learning model. This way no one would need to share data and just model weights. Has anyone had experience implementing this king of DS model?
